Terms of Service - Pharmacy Weight Loss Crediton

Pharmacy Weight Loss Crediton | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pharmacy Weight Loss Crediton online weight loss clinic. By registering or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Crediton is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management services and prescription medicines to eligible patients. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire prior to treatment. Our prescribers will assess your suitability based on your health history, body mass index (BMI), and current medications.

We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where it is clinically inappropriate or where we have reason to believe inaccurate information has been provided. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of your account and may carry legal consequences.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical assessment by a registered prescriber. No prescription is guaranteed, and our clinical team retains full discretion over all prescribing decisions.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the medicines and quantities specified. Medicines must not be shared with third parties. You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.

We comply with all applicable UK legislation governing the sale and supply of prescription-only medicines (POMs).

4. Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor.

Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If a prescription is declined following clinical assessment, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time, though any changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

5. Delivery

Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service. Delivery times may be affected by Royal Mail or courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure a correct and complete delivery address is provided. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, a redelivery charge may apply.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible under UK medicines legislation.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed, in accordance with UK medicines regulations, unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment from your GP or another qualified healthcare provider.

Always inform your GP of any medicines prescribed through our service. If you experience an adverse reaction or medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately. You may also contact NHS 111 for non-emergency medical guidance.

8. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will never be sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
